Do you provide International delivery?

We apologize. Unfortunately we do not provide International deliveries at this time. The cost of shipping would be too high for you, our customer. We can make exceptions depending on the size of the order. Please note all international shipping involves customs. All International customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling.

How do I return an Item?

Please wrap items in protective wears such as foams, bubble wrap and the likes. You may return any cost effective means that will not danger the products.

What is your returns policy?

At Designs by Dr. G, we expect you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original condition within 15 days including a copy of the invoice for refund. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on standard items and 25% restocking fee on Special order and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Please Allow 7-14 business upon receipt of return for Refund to reflect on your credit/debit card account used at the time of purchase.

No exchange or refund will be processed for used items. Only one exchange is allowable per order.

How do I track order?

As your orders are manufactured at the time of purchase; an e-mail notification will be sent you providing you with the shipping and tracking information. Purchases will be shipped within 5-7 business days of your purchase. It will be coming “hot off the presses Just for You!”

What are your delivery options?

Each manufacturer fulfillment center varies and each manufacturer has provided us with the following delivery options; 5-7 days to process your orders. If you have an existing shipping account and you want to bill the shipping charges directly to your account, you may have on option to do so.

Please note we have different fulfillment centers. Order will be shipped complete but from their respect drop ship location. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We may be able to make some minimal changes if made within 30 minutes of the order being placed. However, this has to be done within our Customer Service hours of Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm EST/EDT. What can we change:

  • Decrease quantity
  • Increase quantity
  • Remove an item
  • Apply a valid promo code
  • Cancel your order

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible and once the order has been placed; is not possible for us to

  • Add or increase an item
  • Change method of payment
  • Change shipping address
